Before You Dive In… Chapter 01 After applying different co-creation methodologies in different contexts, we developed our own understanding and application of the so-called co-design. Planning Chapter 02 After diligently studying the theory of design thinking in Chapter 1, you are now ready to begin using the tools! Preparation Chapter 03 Now, you’ve done your planning and you are ready to hit the road. What does that actually mean? Agenda, roles + responsibilities Chapter 04 Let’s draft a codesign agenda. Well, you see, it is never only one. You have one agenda shared with the participants and used for communication purposes to partners or other involved stakeholders. Empathy stage Chapter 06 The Empathy Stage, the first stage in this InnoMojo, lies at the heart of the process. According to the Design Thinking Guidebook, empathy is “the act of seeing things from other people’s point of view. Sense-making stage Chapter 07 The Sense-Making Stage comes next in the process. Before we get into what to do at this stage, let’s talk about what sense-making actually is. Reframing stage Chapter 08 Reframing aims to avoid problem-solving in a linear manner, meaning, it doesn’t expect that we can easily move from problem to solution. Ideation stage Chapter 09 We’re on to the Ideation Stage now – the part of the process that we’ve all been waiting for! In this stage, we’ll generate as many ideas as possible for solving the reframed problem at hand. Prototyping Stage Chapter 10 The type of prototyping that we’re looking to engage in can be described as rapid. The goal of rapid prototyping is to build something rough and unrefined so that your idea can come to life as quickly and cheaply as possible. Testing Stage Chapter 11 The Testing Stage requires your team to put the solutions that you’ve designed into practice in order to accept or reject them. Developmental Evaluation Chapter 13 Performance-based and predictive causal MEL model approaches are poorly suited to assessing results and impact in such circumstances.
